Outlaw channel is suddenly letterboxed?

As of today Outlaw channel is letterboxed. Never was before as far back as I have been able to receive it. Anyone else seeing it? Yes, I realize there are lower numbered channels that deliver SD and may be letterboxed, but this is the highest channel Outlaw is available on in my area. What gives? Yesterday it was full screen on the same channel.

I cannot be the only one seeing this. If anyone else is seeing Outlaw letterboxed, can you please post a reply here with your general location, device type etc.?

I'm seeing this on an ONN Roku TV that's about two years old. I do think, however, that it's not device related since it's happening ONLY on Outlaw (at least many other channels are playing in full screen), and it wasn't happening just a week or so ago at all. 

It's a crying shame because I have nearly lost all interest in Xfinity content and ONLY have it due to a few shows my wife it insistent on keeping that we can't get anywhere else. Only recently found Outlaw was in my lineup and frequently find shows and movies I enjoy watching on it. Now with this letterboxing it's a major disappointment. I could have just kept my old junky CRT and watched it without black bars all around.

RiversideRepeat Thanks for reaching out! Outlaw TV is distributed to us by local affiliates, and there could be an issue with their feed. To clear this up on your end, you might try clearing the cache on your Roku TV. Also try removing, and reinstalling the Xfinity Stream app.

First off, there is no way to "clear the cache" on this Roku TV and I'm not about to factory reset it. Reinstalling Xfinity changed nothing. This happened without changing anything on my system at all so it's clear that it's something either in the app itself (possible recent update), or in the streaming service itself. As you said, it could be Outlaw itself that isn't currently streaming the full res versions of anything right now. 

Second, I wasn't actually asking how to fix it since I was already fairly certain something changed upstream from my device, not here in my home and am only wondering if anyone else is seeing it anywhere and whether it could be device specific incompatibility in order to possibly report an issue either to Xfinity (not likely) or to the channel itself (also not likely since Outlaw doesn't seem to offer much for support but it's still worth a try).

And that's ALL a HUGE MAYBE.
