Paramount+ login problem

I cannot get into Paramount+ on my computer. When I go to the app it doesn't recognize that I have a subscription. If I select Login and then click on Provider, Xfinity does not show up as an option. I can get to Paramount+ from the streaming app on my phone and computer. How do I get in from my TV with my xfinity credentials.

@user_mua9r2 Sorry to here the Paramount+ sign in is not working. We've had a few other people run into this issue recently. Have you tried to see if you can just go to the regular sign in and use your Xfinity credentials rather than selecting a provider? This has worked for other customers.

yes I did but i used the personal email associated with the account. When we login to streaming the login ID is not an email. I can't use the login on the Paramount login because it wants an email. Is there an xfiinity email on each account?

I tried our ourid@xfinity@com on my computer and it worked on paramount+ however when I do it on the TV is does not. It says it cannot validate the account.

user_mua9r2 that is a great question, and we do in fact have an email suffix which is traditionally used after most customers Xfinity ID login. Can you attempt to sign in with your ID and add @comcast.net at the end?
