Paramount Plus

We have been having the same problem/question as others -- if we are paying for Paramount+/Showtime that does not mean that we have access to 

the regular Paramount+ app and content there?

Thank you so much for reaching out about this concern with the Paramount+ and Paramount+ With Showtime. These are currently two separate subscriptions.

We do currently have a streaming bundleas well that includes Paramount+ 

 

We can definitely take a look at your account to confirm which one you are currently subscribed to. (You can also check on your box which one you are subscribed to: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-paramount-plus-subscription.)

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
