Paramount Plus

Hi,

I am constantly having issues streaming shows through Paramount plus through Xfinity system. This has been an ongoing issue for me and seems to be an ongoing issue that others have had for years. Has a solution been figured out beyond a bunch of tricks that make it work for a while and then end up with issues again?

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you have run into some trouble with Paramount Plus on X1 for some time, as this has been an ongoing issue. We have seen other reports of this as well, but each situation is different. I'd like to check what steps you've tried so far. 

For example, clearing the locally stored data, as you can read about here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage, has helped many clear up general issues. Have you already given this a try?

Hi,

I’ve cleared the local stored data multiple times, refreshed the system, restarted the box and modem and unplugged everything to power cycle everything. Still that same issues with freezing and errors.

user_uhmx4z - What device are you using that is expieicng this issue and have you tried another? Is the Xfinity Stream app impacted as well?
