Peacock activate error "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account."

I recently moved and was given a new Xfinity account for my new address. I linked them both together (for visibility purpose), and I got offer another Peacock activation that kept saying that "my Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account" (they deactivated my other one while I should still have another year left). 

I tried talking to Peacock directly and they said they can't help since it's Xfinity account linkage. I tried Xfinity Assistant, and obviously that is no help! I chatted with two people through their Text Help thingy. The first one told me to Unlink the two accounts (Xfinity keeps throwing errors, but I managed to do it after like 10 tries and 24hrs wait), that did not help. They tried to escalate it, and no one reached out. The second person I talked to was no help and kept telling me that they can't do anything about it and I have to go to a store in-person. 

Anyone has any luck because this is not the experience that would make me want to stay with Xfinity (I don't have a choice since my apartment only service through Xfinity...)
