Peacock Diamond member

Thanks for your response! It does not allow me the option to activate.  I think it’s because I already peacock, but only until June 2026.  How do I go about claiming the diamond reward if I currently have peacock? 

You may need to reclaim the reward via our online portal @SpecK1. To confirm, do you currently have it through a Gigabit promotion? 

I tried doing it through my Xfinity app which is where I initially saw the offer.  It does not give me an option to activate. I’m not sure what promotion I have, but it expires June 2026.  I just don’t want to miss out on the diamond rewards! 

You should not be at risk for missing it as the diamond tier always qualifies for it. There have been some redemption issues recently, but worst case we can escalate it. Can you check https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and let me know what it says for Peacock there?
