Peacock Premium offer not showing for this Diamond member.

I'm unable to see a link to the Peacock Premium offer. I am a Diamond member and today upgraded to 1GB Xfinity Internet.

Can you help? Thanks.

Since sending my original message, I received an email this morning, informing me to activate Peacock and that it was included with my Xfinity service. After logging in to the Xfinity app, I clicked the Activate Now button, and I now have Peacock Premium.

 

Thank you so much for getting things straightened out on my Xfinity account.

Once you upgrade, it can take a little while for everything to update, and Peacock is one of those that takes its time! lol. I am glad we received your activation link and were able to get your Peacock offer activated so you can take advantage of the awesome free option! 

Please note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines.
