Peacock Premium on my TV
I've had Peacock Premium (included free) through my Xfinity account for years. It still shows up that way on my monthly bills.
And on the Xfinity app under "rewards" Peacock shows as having been activated.
But today I was unable to access it free on my TV. The screen told me i had to subscribe to watch.
I contacted Xfinity and then texted back & forth with an agent. I thought the issue was resolved by following the (Peacock app) TV screen instructions to activate (on the web). The website told me activation was successful.
But it STILL isn't working on the TV. Can you please help?
