Peacock Subscription Problem

I received an Xfinity email saying "Enjoy another year of Peacock Premium – ON US!" I have an existing Peacock account; however, my Peacock account says "You are not currently subscribed. Add a Plan." How do I link my Peacock account to my Xfinity Peacock Premium subscription? I have tried searching through the Forum, but none of the instructions or solutions seem to match what I am experiencing.

Hey there as long as the account that was associated with your Peacock Premium it would occur automatically. Have you logged out and signed back in by chance?

Thanks for the response. With Peacock, I have logged out and back in, and tried new logins on multiple devices. Would you please explain what you mean by "as long as the account that was associated with your Peacock Premium..."? I had created a free Peacock account separate from my Xfinity account, although the email address for both is the same. How would my free Peacock account know that my Xfinity account is offering Peacock Premium? Or do I need to create a new Peacock account (and lose my current Peacock Profiles and other settings)?

Did you ever receive Peacock for free from us before? Whether it was by a plan, or Xfinity Rewards or anything at some point? What I meant was if you had a free account through us at some point - not separate from us. The credentials associated with that account would be the one that would be extended normally. The enjoy another year on us - is provided to customers who have had Free Peacock Premium through us, and it was going to be expiring soon.
