Peacock subscription
I am a platinum member and my promotional peacock subscription was removed by an agent without my knowledge. I specifically told the agent that I watch peacock, but he removed it. Now I am told I will have to pay to get peacock because the promotion was removed

When you're taking advantage of Peacock Premium through an Xfinity Reward, it is not something that is able to be removed by our agents, and remains on the account by default until it's allotted free period has expired. Can you explain in what way you're having trouble accessing the Peacock account as you always have?
