Peacock via Xfinity Rewards

I have been receiving Peacock as part of my Gig internet service.  It was originally supposed to expire June 30, 2025, but was extended to October 30th (today) (which is weird because everyone else I know had it extended one year).  Anyway, as it expires today I wanted to use my Xfinity rewards as a diamond tier subscriber to obtain it, but there's no way to redeem it (maybe I have to wait until tomorrow).  I tried using the xfinity chat, but the rep just kept trying to sell me more services (claiming my bill would go down from $386 to $367 when I in fact only pay $337).

Is there a way to switch over from getting peacock via gig internet to getting it via rewards without having someone trying to sell me other services?  I don't need higher speeds or a mobile phone.

Hi there, @UNCNU ! Thank you so much for reaching out to our Digital Care Team. I completely understand how confusing and frustrating this must be, especially with your Peacock benefit expiring and the different expiration dates you’ve seen for other customers. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain what’s been going on. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still needing assistance with your Peacock concerns?-Richard

I'm not sure.  I still have access to it, but I don't know if I'm being charged for it.  Neither Peacock nor Xfinity ever informed me of an expiring subscription (and I have not opted into a paid plan)--it was just a line in my bill in the add ons section saying the end date of my promotion was 10/30/2025 (which again I thought was weird because it originally was to expire 6/30/25 and others I know received an email stating there'd be a 1 year extension whereas I received no communication whatsoever).
