I am glad to hear you are trying to take advantage of our Xfinity Rewards Peacock Premium offer @user_n4p066. There has been so much great shows and movies to watch. Lately, I have been binging "Superstore". After redeeming Peacock through the Xfinity Rewards portal, you would need to associate the subscription to the Xfinity account and Peacock account. Have you followed all the steps provided on the 'Peacock Premium promotional offers overview' support page for redeeming the subscription?
Have you also moved when first accepting the Peacock Premium subscription? If so, you would need to go through the redemption and linking process again as there would be a new account number for linking. Please give these steps a try and let me know if it still is not working so we can troubleshoot further.
