Peacock
I'd have been an Xfinity diamond rewards member for quite some time now and I am supposed to be getting peacock for free. Once I moved the subscription never followed me and I was told that if I wanted my peacock that I would have to start a new subscription and pay for it and it would be refunded to my bill. On my bill it's showing from Xfinity that I'm not getting charged for it but peacock is charging me and they told me they're charging me because I had started a subscription with them. When I asked them why it's not showing that I am a diamond member rewards number with Xfinity. My call got disconnected and I can never get anyone to speak to that will provide me a reasonable explanation or refund my money so I cancel my subscription again. Ever since I moved from one city to the next, it's been nothing but a nightmare between Xfinity and peacock or whoever is involved
