Peacock

I cannot activate the free Peacock subscription the Xfinity has offered. I keep bouncing between the "Activate and manage subscriptions" page, and the Streamsaver page. Neither one advances my free subscription. I have not even gotten to the point that I'm able to connect Peacock to my Xfinity account. What do I need to do?

user_c02rgi Hi there! Just to clarify, did you have a free Peacock Premium subscription previously? Have you already tried clearing cookies and cache or using a different browser?

Having trouble trying to have access to Peacock through xfinity, because I had a Peacock subscription, but cancelled it, yet xfinity has it as still active.

Can you help?  I have tried calling but xfinity is such a mess, that it never works.

thanks,

Steve

@XfinityBenjaminM I've tried everything you listed. I had not previously had the free peacock. I was just made aware that it was free as part of my subscription

Thanks for your comment, user_3e8e00. I understand you're having issues accessing the Peacock subscription, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Is this a free Peacock subscription that you're trying to activate? Or are you paying for the service separately?
