Problems with NBA League Pass
Purchased NBA pass on my iPhone through their app several weeks ago. For the past three weeks I’ve been able to watch pre-season and post season games on Xfinity. Now I get a msg that I need to subscribe to this channel and am not able to view any games. Xfinity Assistant tried to help but was not able to fix the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us @bqtchef! I see the NBA League Pass can be ordered by saying “NBA League Pass” into your Xfinity Voice Remote, online here, or by reaching out to us.
You mentioned purchasing it through their app on your phone. Just to confirm, did you order this through NBA’s app?

I have the same problem.. Trying to chat to a live Xfinity Agent but can not connect to anyone... their chat app is not responsive....

I have the same problem as well. I purchased NBA League Pass through NBA.com using my NBA ID. I linked my NBA account to my Xfinity account. I can watch League Pass using the NBA App but on my Xifnity tv service, I am unable to watch any of the League Pass channels. When I try to watch a League Pass channel with my X1 box, I get a message that says I need to subscribe to League Pass.

If you purchase through the NBA app (or, nba.com), you won’t be able to link it to a tv provider. You have to purchase through your TV provider and then link it to the NBA app or website.
