Recording Once per Week, Not every day

If the program airs Monday through Friday, the X1 DVR generally records based on the series settings available for that show. In most cases, there is not a built-in option to record only every Monday while skipping Tuesday through Friday episodes of the same series.

As a workaround, you may be able to:

• Set a one-time recording for the Monday episode each week.
• Create a series recording and manually delete the unwanted recordings.
• Check whether the show has a weekly version or separate listing that airs only on Mondays.
