Removed channels and package

I am very upset with Xfinity. I called about the increase on my bill. The girl ended up disconnecting my 4 boxes. I spent 1 hour with tech support to get them reinstalled. My previous package was disconnected and now is lost due to the grandfather clause. This was totally Xfinity's fault.
