Hi @user_9b86db Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share what is going on with the ESPN channels. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Is this happening on all programs on ESPN?

I was looking for this question.  As to the question posed by the Official Xfinity Employee:  This problem happens almost all the time, but I do not watch ESPN all the time.  I usually tune in for live sports events, however, the pixelating is so atrocious, I have to go to my PC or ESPN app on the tv.  Not a problem, but I cannot record a game I want to watch later.  Apparently this issue has been unresolved for several years.  It is not a hardware problem with the Xfinity equipment, the connections or the cable feed or I suspect this issue would be system wide and I would have pixelating on every channel.  It is only ESPN.  And I am watching it right now, 11:04 a.m. on Tuesday October 22, 2024 and the picture is unwatchable.  So what's up?

RKESWFL24 Since the problem has started, have you tried replacing the HDMI cable and using a different HDMI input for the TV. Given that it's only one network, this has been known to solve the problem from time to time for our customers.
