Please return NBC to my Comcast. I am paying for this channel and if I no longer receive it, I should be credited on my bill. This is literally the only channel I watch and it is very frustrating to no longer be able to get this channel.
Hi there @user_zjosr1. At this time we are not crediting accounts due to the Scripps agreement. If a new agreement with E. W. Scripps, the owner of these broadcast stations is not reached, the impact on current or future charges will be evaluated.
