Subscription needed to watch basic channels now

Error - Subscription needed to watch channels in the basic line up. It started last night, and the problem still exists this morning. I have restarted cable boxes and did a system reset, and it still says Subscription needed to watch this channel.

Having the same issue.  Multiple boxes. Restated them but still getting the same error.  Several channels we already pay for saying need a subscription.

Hello @user_elpd26! Are you still experiencing this issue at this time? Are you seeing this on multiple channels or only one?

Good morning @FreddieFleet, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope you are having a good day so far. As someone that watches a lot of TV, I can understand how frustrating it is when you are getting errors on the TV, but you have come to the right place for assistance. Is that error you are getting coming up on all the channels?
