Tampa Bay Rays Games Sarasota Fl

Sorry if this has been asked, but search didn't show anything.  The Rays have dumped Fanduel, and now have their own regional network, called (I believe) "Rays.TV."  The Rays have indicated that Xfinity will carry them in some markets.  A google search, and Xfinity customer service have been no help though.  Does anyone know if Rays.TV will be on Xfinity in Sarasota?  If so, what channel?   I could subscribe directly with the Rays,  but I want to know if it is going to be included in my lineup before I blow the money.

Thanks.

Up date for anyone else wondering.  A news story today 3/21/26 said any cable/streaming service that carried the games on Fanduel will *most likely*  pick up the Rays.tv channel.  But things are still being negotiated/finalized, and will likely not be in place until the morning of March 26.

Hello @user_m2qc91 thank you for taking the time to post, As of right now I do not have a definite yes or no on if we will pick up this lineup yet. However, you can always go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup to check what's available in your area.

I hate to be one of those negative guys, but it's amazing that we are told Rays.tv might be available on Xfinity, but we won't tell you until the day the season opens.  Then there won't be any announcement.  It is up to the consumer to figure it out.  Also, I believe it will only be available with the Ultimate package which is now called something else.  I was told recently that cost is around $40 per month.  Then ask what is in the Sports and Entertainment package that I now pay an extra $10 per month for and you are given a link like above that really doesn't spell it out.

For whatever reason Xfinity finds it way too complicated to give an individual customer clear channels he or she is receiving.  Just a full list of possible channels.  I hope i'm wrong but show me a comparison chart showing the various packages in my area.  I found it once I believe but now I just gave up.

Hey there user_0jty1f 👋 With baseball season kicking off, and team channels getting moved around, I know how important it is to know where yours is at all times, so I'm glad you came to us to share your feedback! Believe me, it's ever our intention for these channels announcements or agreements to be down to the wire like they can be sometimes, but the reality is that we don't schedule these channels to go live at any given time, and we don't know when they'll air until official announcements are made for us as well as customers to see alike.

That said, I'm happy to report we've confirmed that Rays.TV will be available through Xfinity as of today, and I'd be happy to go over your lineup with you to ensure yo're locked in for the season 💪 Please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”.
