TBS and TNT - Gone??

Has Comcast dropped TBS and TNT in New Jersey?  This morning when I try to watch them  I started getting a message that says "you don't have access to this channel".  The also disappeared from the app.  Very disappointed if they are gone, may need to start looking elsewhere for a TV provider

TNT and TBS have disappeared from the Xfinity streaming apps on Roku devices and phones due to the Xfinity Stream app not being updated on 2017 Roku devices after October 30, 2022. Customers with these devices are recommended to use alternate options like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, or Chromecast to continue enjoying the Xfinity Stream app. The outdated browsers on the affected Roku devices prevent the latest version of the Xfinity Stream app from working correctly, leading to the removal of support for these channels.

The channels returned about an hour after my initial message but today they disappeared again today.  I have made not changes to my plan, its been the same for the last 4 years

I am trying to watch on my television using my set top box not via the app.  It says I don’t have access to this channel.  Same for TNT.  It’s the same issue I had last Thursday

user_762966 - We can help! Have you tried troubleshooting using the Xfinity app? If you have not already can you try to unplug your TV box for a minute or two and plug it in once more to see if it helps?

Whe are also having this issue on all TV's. No changes on account. Also, our location is Delaware county PA. We pay over $300 a month for our service. Someone better come up with some answers

Thank you for reaching out to us @catson! There is a known issue causing TNT and TBS channels to state “You do not have access to this channel". Our engineers are aware and are working with those networks to resolve this issue as soon as possible. At this time there is not a temporary solution.

Having the same problem. TNT, TBS, and also noticed the same thing on NHL network. All channels that I normally get. I did not change my subscription. And it's happening through my cable box. I have not tried the app.

Same mine disappeared on all the apps but still on the cable box online me some big bang theory to fall asleep to and now I can’t watch it on the fire stick 😕 sad what we pay for and can’t use

I am also having this issue on both the xfinity stream app and the online xfinity stream website--I can't access the channels, and I can't access programs I've recorded on those channels. So far, I have been able to access these channels and recordings on the actual TV boxes, though. I watch primarily on my computer, though, so this is a real problem.

@user_d6d8d1 I am not seeing the issue on our internal boards any longer and those channels should be functioning properly again. If you're still having issues, log out and back in to the Xfinity Stream app.

I both refreshed the site and logged out and in again on xfinity.com/stream, but the issue remains, and it remains on the app on my phone as well. The channels are not available.

Dear Comcast.  I know you are trying to get out of the cable business but cone on now,  Get TBS and TNT restored for your valued customers.  I am in NCCo, DE and lost them Nov 19.  We all should get a refund as well.

@user_b2lbrd Hello, thanks for adding to the thread. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. It can also help with making sure the channels work. Have you tried it to troubleshoot?
