TBS

I am a former employee and still have a courtesy account, suddenly TBS says I do not have access. I use an XFINITY wireless box and it is happening on both of my tvs?

Hey there, @pfree4! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am sorry to hear about the experience with TBS concern. Is that the only impacted channel or are you missing others? What troubleshooting steps have you completed? I know you mentioned you still have an employee account, have you made changes to switching the account over? Please let us know.

Thanks for the reply but it suddenly came back on this morning. 
It was the only channel that was affected and no I had not made any changes to my account. I still have a year and a half left on my employee account since my retirement. I get all channels so I would have no reason to make any changes. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. Thanks
