TRU TV No Sound

Trying  to watch TRU TV Sunday May 18 at 11:00 a.m. ET. There is no sound and video us in fast forward mode. This is not happening with any other Xfinity channels. TRU TV is behaving the same way on all TVs.

Having the same issue. No other channels are effected. Tried all of the trouble shooting.

We did not change the playback. We turned the channel on and this is how it was all afternoon on Sunday.
