Trying to activate Peacock Premium perk
Followed instructions on the "Activate Peacock Premium" support page (at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers)

 - which led me to https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/addon/entertainment-management?checklob=true
 - which led me to https://www.xfinity.com/digital/entertainment-management/internet
 - which led me to https://www.stg.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions
 - which led me to https://www.xfinity.com/digital/entertainment-management/internet
 - Stuck in a loop.
Second option: xfinity.com/activate-peacock
 - "We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer"

user_ee8b10 Thank you so much for stopping by to activate Peacock. The steps you provided are for customers who have Peacock included with the internet speed promotion or for Diamond status members. As a Platinum member, that offer would not be available. To see if Peacock was included in your Internet promotion by reviewing your customer agreement. It may be shown on your PDF bill as a discounted feature below your plan description. 

Do you see Peacock listed in either of those areas when you check?

I apologize it looks like we started offering Platinum members the reward at the end of February. Most commonly, the error you are running into is due to the incorrect Xfinity ID being used to log in to redeem the offers. You would first need the offer to be redeemed in your Xfinity member account here. https://www.xfinity.com/rewards

Using the Primary Xfinity ID, log in there. Click on the benefit titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
Choose Get This Benefit and follow the steps provided.
You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
It may take a few hours to receive the email.

Once you receive the email, the My subscription page will show your Peacock subscription.

Thanks again.  While I see many listed benefits upon loggin in with my primary Xfinity ID, I do not see a new Peacock benefit.  I do see an old one marked "Claimed". (I assume this is an old one that I claimed five or six years ago for six months of free Peacock Premium).  Either way, when I click on the claimed benefit for details, it doesn't provide much info.  The only link available (for View T&C) shows nothing - just a blank page.
