The popular channel lineup does have many channels that can be viewed outside the home on Xfinity Stream if you subscribe to the Popular lineup. Some channel may require to be on home network to watch but overall great variety outside the home.
user_kfck3i Here is a link you can use to look up your channel lineup and yes you can watch your DVR programs outside of your home via our Xfinity Stream App.
