Unable to activate Peacock Premium as a Platinum Rewards Subscriber

I never got an email to activate Peacock Premium.  Under "My Activity" for Rewards transactions, it is listed as "claimed" along with directions & a link to follow if the email wasn't received. When I click that link, it says that my account is not eligible for Peacock Premium offer.

user_lug8m3 thank your for the follow up, that is helpful. From experience, once the message of claimed is received the banner should be visibile inside the Xfinity Assistant. To confirm, have you gone to the Xfinity Assitant to see if the "Activate Now" banner appears (I have worked with customers who initially didn't see the banner, but let me know that they had multiple banners and weren't aware. After closing a few banners the Peacock Activation was there)? 

Step 1 Visit: https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/

Step 2: Click "Activate Now" on banner that states "Your Peacock subscription is ready for activation" Once the banner appears it should take CX to Peacock website to continue activation.

Step 3: You will enter your email address and password you want associated with your Peacock Premium account. If you had a previous account and want to retain your previous preferences and history you would want to use the same email address.
