Updating Service

Why cant i modify my Comcast plan? I have been with Comcast for a few years with the highest plan, when i called to see if i could get a new plan or change my plan to be more affordable i was told i could not change. The customer service rep told me to stay on my current plan or disconnect my service. Now i am searching for a new service provider.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
