we need to speak to a person in regards to damage done to our property killing our privacy shrubs.

Comcast burouged 2 large lines under the roots of our 16 arborvitae trees that were over 20 years old.   I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office.  and have someone come out to look at this.  I have photographs of our trees.  I took some of the branches to an expert at Weigand's to examine for bugs or fungus, but that was not evident.  we have been a long time Comcast customer.

please call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Thank You, [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Hello user_joh41a,  We would be happy to open a damage claim for you with our escalations team. If you could please send a direct message with your full name and the address we can get that processed for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Good morning, @user_joh41a we can definitely help with getting a damage claim ticket opened for you. But since we will need to gather information that we don't want in our public conversation, you will need to send a direct message. Once you're signed in the direct message option will be in the top right hand corner next the Bell Icon.
To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address

are these shrubs in a utility right of way?

If so, then there isn't much recourse

the shrubs have been there for over 25 years.  Last year the utility pole was changed and the cable lines were burrowed under the trees.
