I'm sorry you're having trouble with one of your channels playing in Spanish. If only a single channel is affected, it's often caused by the Secondary Audio Program (SAP) or an alternate audio track being enabled for that channel.

Let's try resetting the audio settings:

  1. Tune to the affected channel.
  2. Press the Xfinity button on your remote.
  3. Select the gear icon (Settings).
  4. Go to Device Settings > Audio.
  5. Select Audio Language (SAP) Reset and press OK.

You can also press the A button on your remote while watching the channel and make sure the audio language is set to English

user_ca0h32 If the game broadcast is in Spanish but the commercials are still in English, that usually means the program's audio track was switched to SAP (Secondary Audio Program) or an alternate Spanish feed, while the commercials are being inserted locally in English.

Please try these steps:

Press Xfinity on the remote.

Go to Settings (gear icon).

Select Device Settings → Audio (or Language).

Look for SAP / Secondary Audio Programming.

Set it to Off or English.

Return to the channel and test again.

If it's happening on only one channel or one sporting event, the network may be providing multiple audio feeds, and the box may have selected the Spanish feed accidentally.

Richard. Are you planning on responding before the game is over ?
