why doesn't ktvu news play at 10 pm on xfinity?

Hello - The KTVU news starts an hour long program nightly at 10pm. However our service starts the program at 10:30, missing the headlines and a lot of local news. Is this something that you can please fix? Thank you, Barbara [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Have you tried deleting the scheduling recording and setting it up again?

@user_brrh90 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I know I enjoy staying up to date with what's happening in the world and my local area, I can understand the frustration if you're missing half the news. Does the guide show that the news should be on at 10 PM? Or are you trying to record the news, and it's not starting to record until 10:30? The more information you can provide the better I will be able to assist you.

@XfinityBillie​ Hello and thanks for getting in touch! For many many years the program started and was aired at 10 PM and the guide reflected that. About a year (?) ago something changed and the guide shows it starting at 10:30 PM however the program is already 1/2 over by 10:30 PM as it is an hour long news show. If it is possible to somehow access the whole program via Xfinity? Thank you so much for your assistance.
