Why has Comcast stopped paying CSpan?

CSPAN is a very important tool in our democracy. I pay $300 a month for shows I can stream because I value CSPAN. I pay my bills- so why isn't Comcast? They are suddenly withholding payments at a dangerous time in our nation. Pay your CSPAN bill!
