Why Isn't a Downloadable Channel Guide Available?

Hello,

I've been searching everywhere for a downloadable channel guide, but I can't seem to find one. I logged into my Xfinity account, and even though I've been a long-time customer, it says it can't find a guide for my address.
This seems like such a basic feature that should be easy to access.


Is there a reason why Xfinity makes this so difficult to find? It would be incredibly helpful to have a simple, downloadable PDF or even an up-to-date online version that I could print out or reference.


If anyone knows where to locate it—or if Xfinity could consider making this easier to access—I'd really appreciate any guidance.

As of now, we don't have a downloadable channel guide, as networks can make changes to their channels and broadcasting frequently. I'll be sure to pass along the feedback on wanting something downloadable. In the meantime, we do have an electronic option to view your channels. Please feel free to let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

Good morning,

Thank you for the response. While I understand that networks may frequently change their channels and broadcasting, it is still disappointing that a company as large as Xfinity has not found a way to offer a simple, downloadable channel lineup for customers. In an era driven by technology and data, this seems like a basic and essential service that many competitors provide.


Having a reliable reference point for what I’m paying for is important, and constantly needing to check online can be inconvenient. I appreciate you passing the feedback along, but I sincerely hope Xfinity takes this into serious consideration and works on implementing a solution soon.
