WHY NO ABC TV AND NO H & I CHANNEL, WHICH IS HEROES AND ICONS.

Yes there were a few other channels impacted.  The NFL channel and another channel, but I don't care about them cause I do not ever watch them.  I'll let that slide.

H & I which stands for HEROS & ICONS, was shut off on June 25, 2025.  I did not know about it and it was my favorite station, with all the Star Trek series on it 6 nights a week.

So I get a message when I tuned in that the station was unavailable, I called support and after an hour or so, an agent in Egypt realized that the station was no longer carried by the greediest company in the USA, Comcast.  The agent directed me to the last page, which is page 4, of my April 25 billing date, there it was under TV UPDATE, no more H & I after June 25, 2025.

No warning, no reduction in price, nothing said, except in small print on the last page of my April 25 bill.

The first words on my current bill says.... thank you for being a member since January 06, 1986.  Diamond benefits.  There is not a single benefit I have received all these years, NOTHING!

The president and board of directors are the worst corporate people in America.  Xfinity will give you some thing for free, IF you spend more money on your account.

If they cared about me, they would give me a free channel that costs them nothing, but Xfinity is way to greedy to do that.  They want ever dime, every penny!  Xfinity has made thousands off my darn boxes, which you need but can never buy and they just raised it to $14 per box, I have 3 boxes, so that is $42 x 12 = $504 per year, just for the boxes!  That $504 times 40 years = $20,160 just for boxes.

I called back in June and got a one time $30 credit, big deal and just got another $30 credit cause I could not watch the evening news on ABC with David Muir.
