Xfinity -- A Braves Sponsor, but FanDuel only available in upper tiers of Service - CROCK
We are visiting family in Atlanta, and we wanted to watch the Braves game. My family member is an Xfinity customer because of me. I find that the only way without buying a subscription, OR upgrade to the Ultimate tier. I reviewed her latest bill, and found that she was being charged for a "Sports Package", but FanDuel is NOT part of it. STUPID. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with "OFFSHORE" customer service, and received no explanation. Comcast/Xfinity is a Braves Sponsor, and yet we cannot watch Braves games in Atlanta on Xfinity without Ultimate Tier, or subscription. I am not happy while I am visiting, but I have a workaround, but unfortunately my family members are not able to enjoy the Braves, when we leave to head home. Not acceptable...

Good evening @RipJones, and thank you for reaching out on our Forums with your channel concerns. As of June 10, FanDuel Sports Network Southwest is no longer available through Xfinity. Customers will receive credit for the Regional Sports Network (RSN) fee for this channel. Xfinity regularly reviews programming and sometimes makes changes to ensure customers receive a wide variety of content at the best value. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.
