XFINITY Stream Specific to Smasung TV - TNT ony channel with Error: TVAPP-000148

Hello,

I have worked with customer service on 9 separate occassions and assured the issued would be resolved everytime and I would receive follow up information. The issue isn't resolved and I've received no follow up information.

I have 3 Samsung TV's manufactured in 2023 the use the XFINITY Stream app. Abount 3 weeks ago, TNT stopped working.

I have a roku TV, stream app on my phone and an PC. TNT workes with the the Stream app with no issues.

I have performed all recommended troublshooting for for the Stream app and the Samsung TV as instructed by both Samsung and Xfinity

As none of that has worked, there is some programming issue with how the app interacts with Samsung TV's specifically.

TV Model: UN65CU7999DXZA (2 of these) UN86CU7999DXZA

Please fix this as I have missed multiple NHL and NBA games, including my home teams.

THank you

@user_9sr9ou Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I appreciate the detailed information on the make and model of the TVs you are getting this error with, as well as that TNT works fine with a Roku TV and the app on your phone and PC. I'd like to dig into this further with you since it has happened several times. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.
