Xfinity support

Our fox TV channel is skipping and freezing and no other channel is doing that. We have done a system refresh and that did not fix it. All other channels work fine. This has been going on both of our two most used tvs  for a month and we have tried unplugging tv and cable box, switching to SD channel, clear local cache and system reset. Nothing has worked.

Hello user_knnwi0 thank you so much for taking the time and reaching out via our Xfinity Forums! Is the skipping/freezing happening on all Fox channels?( Standard Definition and High Definition versions) Is this happening constantly, or intermittently?

It’s happening on HD and SD and sometimes it happens all day/night for every show and commercial. But other days the broadcast is fine. It’s been doing it about a month.

Thank you for that information and for all the steps you have tried so far, @user_knnwi0. I do not see this as a known issue so want to take a look at your account from here. That allows us to check the specific equipment, the signals to your home, and take further steps to get this fixed.
