XiD-P "not support" message

Every time we turn on the bedroom tv we get error message "not support".  It's an XiD-P box.  From what I've read seems like maybe a power saver function, but I don't have a "gear" icon when I hit the xfinity button on the remote to change it.  Is this option somewhere else?  Is there another solution??

Hello! Thank you for your post. Let's figure out what is going on with that box. Does the service come on after a while? Also, can you tell me how many boxes you have?
