user_ac93jq Thank you for reaching out! If your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account, it may be because you have an existing Peacock subscription through a third party or a different email address. To resolve this, you can either cancel the existing subscription and wait for it to cycle before activating the promotion through Xfinity, or create a new Peacock account using a different email address to activate the promotion immediately (note that creating a new account will result in loss of preferences and watch history).

i am unable to cancel my current subscriptions with Peacock because there are no option for me to cancel, and the subscriptions had expired few years back.

I have the same issue. There is no other email with Peacock. What is the resolution?
