1 day of maintenance is now 3

I received a message saying I would have an internet outage due to maintenance. This maintenance was supposed to be done in 1 day. It is now day 3. What is going on??  I can't call and get ahold of a real person. AI / phone tree absolutely [Edited: "Language"]

when will the outage be fixed?!?  And why can't I talk to a real person?!?

Hi @user_2ocgia are you still getting reports of the service interruption on the Xfinity App or our status center page? They should both be reporting an estimated time to resolution or report the issue is ongoing and will be resolved soon. Tech on the ground periodically update these estimates to keep our customers in the loop.

They keep saying it will be done by 5:30pm but then keep adding another day.  I just want to know when it will be done!  3 days of interrupted work from home is a lot different than 1

Uggghhh. I just typed out a response and this site crashed and needed to be refreshed. Why does nothing comcast work??
