14 day exchange window starts when?
I got an email on the 6th stating my Apple Watch was ready to be activated, which is when I first tried it out. This is the day I activated the Apple Watch, which in my mind should be when the 14 day “exchange window” begins, NOT when tracking shows I received it. I was in Enloe Hospital for a week after going to the ER for an abscessed tooth, and therefore could not try it out sooner. Now I just want to pay the extra $30 or so to exchange this for the 44mm size. One rep said no problem, and sent me an order confirmation… TWICE even, but it errored out saying the SE3 44mm was out of stock (black). After checking at the Xfinity store, I decided the white model was ok, but due to being outside the exchange window they said to call, which I did. Rep today said he couldn’t do it due to the same reason, but promised I would get a call back from a manager in 24hours.
Hoping someone can straighten this out! If I am stuck with a watch that doesn’t fit (band too small) and I cannot read (screen way too small, even with my reading glasses), and paying for an extra line I cannot use I will be very disappointed and upset. You can do better…

Hi there. Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about our XM return policy. I'll be happy to assist.
The 14-day exchange window starts from the date your device is delivered or when you purchase it in-store. If you want to return your device and cancel your service for a refund, you must do so within this 14-day period. If you purchased your device as a replacement on an existing line or as an early upgrade, it is only eligible for exchange, not return, within the same timeframe. Please click the link below for more info.
