$200 Amazon Gift Card Not Received After 90 Days

Hi everyone,

When I signed up for Xfinity, I was promised a $200 Amazon gift card after 90 days of on-time payments. It has now been over 90 days, and I still have not received the gift card or any updates about it.

I’ve seen others mention similar issues here in the forum, so I’m wondering—who do I need to contact to get this resolved? I’d really appreciate any help in getting this taken care of.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

I have and it says that it cannot find my information. However, I have confirmed with Xfinity Support that I signed up during the promotion. They seem to think there was an issue with activation, because I did an online. I was told I’m eligible for the $200 gift card. They sent in a ticket to support almost 2 weeks ago, but no updates since then.
