200 gift card issue

i have just ordered a xfinity internet, the previous agent promised a 200 $ amazon gift card, but i haven’t received any, in many fourms online tehy said, the mail saying order confirmation will include it

Hi there, user_op5o25! We are happy to further help with the gift card. Some of our packages have been including the $200 Amazon eGift Card. If you qualify, the card is sent to your email address after 90 days. To qualify, you need to keep the same package and keep your account in good standing (pay the bill on time). It should have listed it on the order approval link. Did you just set up the order this week?

Yes i setup order this week, but the representative told me i will get in 2 weeks, you are saying it 90 days, its pretty bad, i will cancel it today

It is not at all legit, i see lot of threads similar to this, representatives are promising 2 weeks i have screenshots too, and you guys are saying 90 days.

I rechecked with him and he said no need to worry at all. Based on other threads i got to know it need to present in order summary, but it is not present over there.

This is really not the right way to deal with customers. I would have gone to t mobile if i dont see this offer.
