$200 visa gift card
Hello,
I signed up for services on June 9th and have been using the service since then and always paid my bill on time. When i signed up I was told by my representative that I would receive a $200 visa gift card for signing up for the service. I have tried several times to receive my gift card to no help. I find it absolutely deplorable that you offer something to me when I sign up and then when it comes to receiving the gift I was promised you ghost me

Hello, and thanks for posting here on the forums, user_474okh! I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to receive the $200 gift card that was supposed to come with your services. To confirm, have you already checked the Xfinity Incentive Tracker to see the status of the gift card or if it's processed?
