2GBPS download and 300MBS upload not working after upgrade

My account is provisioned for 2 Gbps download/300MBS upload, I am not seeing any change in speed from the 1Gbps tier I had.

My Hitron CODA56 shows an OFDMA Upstream Index 0 in OPERATE status, but my upload is capped at 60 Mbps. Please push the Next-Gen/Mid-Split provision to my device to unlock the 300 Mbps upload.

Could you please assist?
