Just to confirm, it seems like you're stating that you've sent off a check that has not been delivered causing your account to become suspspended. Then you paid with your credit card, but want to inform us that you've sent payment twice and is requesting the refunding when it clears? That is possible if that is what you meant. Additionally, just to point out - if you wanted to, the account credit balance would cover your next month's bill if you're wanting to leave it. Are your services back active?
