5-years guarantee price

I had gotten a message from xfinity stating that I was able to get the 5-year guarantee price after already being a member and for me being so loyal to them as a member that they would apply that to me. I sadly lost the email with the number on it and I tried contacting customer service to see what the email would tell me and they had no help for me saying they couldn’t do that. I was disappointed and upset by the from what I know of false claims that they couldn’t extend it for me. I was paying $65/month and now I’m having to pay about $115/month.

Hello user_nhevoh, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum, we appreciate you and your time. We would need more details in order to assist. Have you checked your spam and trash folders to try and find the email you lost?

Yes I have and I had accidentally deleted the message forever after I did that I realized I needed it and completely forgot.

@user_nhevoh In order for me to search for the email, I will need to access your account details. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
