$75 COLLECTION?????

I have never missed a payment in my life. I used you guys for WiFi for two years at my apartment in Quincy over 2 years ago. I just learned today you [Edit: Language] sent me to collections. My credit is shot. I was a 770 I’m now a 630 because of you [Edit: Language] I personally went into xfinitty gave back my router made my last payment and was told I was all set. Fix this now.
