Hello @user_hgvf5s, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. Please remember 811 is the national call-before-you-dig phone number. It's a free service that connects anyone planning to dig with their local one-call center, allowing you to notify utility companies so they can mark the location of underground utility lines before digging begins, preventing damage and potential hazards. Comcast/Xfinity is not considered a utility with 811 in your area, so we would not come out to mark. If you have issues with 811 that is not something we can help with, I do apologize. Now If you have an account with us, we can see about getting a technician out on our end to see if they can mark where the lines are at. Let me know how you would like to proceed.

user_hgvf5s Thank you for the update. I'd be happy to help you get in the right direction for getting the issue taken care of. Can you please share some details on what you are needing to be completed, and when you called 811?

Greetings, @user_lwoi2k! Have you reached out to 811 Before You Dig? That will have all of your lines marked, including ours. When I needed this done for my property, I filled out a form on their website, https://811beforeyoudig.com/811-in-your-state/. After that someone came out and marked my lines.

I have done 811 twice and Comcast still has not marked the lines, next step would be file a complaint with PUC if they continue to refuse to do there job. Is there a number to call Comcast and ask someone to come out ?
