a live agent

I need to speak with a live agent for two reasons:  I need an update on installation of cable AND I received a bill and WE DO NOT HAVE SERVICE YET. Thank you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

Call them privat by adding *67 in front of the 1-800 number. Never give the automated system you account or phone number when asked, just say i dont know it. Give them your zip cod or a neighboring towns zip code. That will then get you on the phone with a live person.  I also email the ceo, and someone from the executive office usually calls back for resolution
